Thanks for coming! My name is Jamie Spampinato and I am a freshman at Rider University. I have a double major in Secondary Education and Math. I also have a minor in Middle School Education. I have taken on many leadership roles in my adolescence, and I plan on putting them to use in my future. I absolutely love working with young people of all ages.
I have been on a water ski show team for 12 years now, and that has been my biggest experience when it comes to working with people. My team is very close knit, and we rely on each other in the most ultimate way. We climb on top of one another while water skiing! If you do not trust the person below you, you have a real problem.
I have also been extremely active in my church community. I have been in my youth group since I was a sophomore in high school, and have attended and led a total of 8 retreats. My senior year I also became a catechist for first graders. Teaching them was an extremely fulfilling experience becuase of their simple yet meaningful insights.
